“Sale” into Fall

Major sales around the stores as they get rid of the old and prepare for the new fall wardrobe.  Meanwhile, I am still living in the summer days.  Since we’re in the danger of the double-dipped recession, I’m only going to look at sales, an effort to save money.  So I keep telling myself anyways 😛 when in fact, it’ll damage my wallet just the same.

ModCloth – One for the Almond dress $44.99

I really like this dress.  Simple, flirty, and versatile.  You can’t go wrong with neutral colors.  Pair with a boyfriend blazer and perhaps some tights and you’ll be rocking fall.

ASOS – Wrap dress with contrast belt $34.48

I’m a big fan of kimono style because it minimizes your waist and shows your curve.  You can definitely show off your city chic with python printed leggings or printed tights then top it with a pair of booties.  Also, consider wearing some bold metal cuffs as bracelet with matching earrings.

French Connection – Sydney striped dress $45

Must be ready for those breezy days.  This sweater dress is absolutely adorable with the simple construction and the bow detailed on the back.  It captured so much editorial attention last fall.  Can’t go wrong with picking this one up.  The fabric is ultra soft and the fit is so flattering on a slender body.  I think it would look super cute with a red beret.  Best of all, it’s snuggie!

Rachel Rachel Roy – Long Tank with Sash $43.99

Love the pattern, I always feel like they’re trying to revive animal prints.  Don’t know about you, but I’m seeing an abstract version of the leopard pattern here.  Anyway, do exactly like what the model is doing, wear it with leggings.  Put a cardigan on or go to work with a blazer.  Such a simple and comfortable outfit but so stylish.

Michael Michael Kors – Zip front cage sandal in pewter leather $49.99

I love MK for the nice quality at a fantastic price.  I think the shoes speak for themselves.  These shoes with the bold metallic and the edgy zipper are a great companion for a night out.  This is definitely a good deal considering the original price was $150.  Totally getting a good value for your money.
